 We have a very active Training and Placement cell, who aims at developing the placement cell to the fullest possible extent to provide suitable jobs and suitable training to the students who will be about to complete their degrees.
The placement cell handles all aspects of campus placements for the students at North West. The office is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support every stage of the placement process. The college has appropriate arrangements for pre-placement talks, written tests, interviews and group discussions etc. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement.
Regular Guest Lectures of eminent professionals, Industrial visit and Internship Program for students are essential features of our department.
The Training & Placement Cell is responsible for conducting holistic learning programme which includes Personality Development, Professional Excellence, Soft Skills, General Aptitude building, etc. These programmes are based on Industry standards & upcoming technology. We also have excellent performance review tools that help us to identify areas of improvement amongst students to facilitate the required training
The slogan of our placement cell is to provide jobs to each & every student before completion of their degree. Leading companies of various disciplines come for campus placements at North West. In MBA, nearly (80%) students have got placements even 7 months before the completion of their course.
